Thank you for visiting and shopping at Heel Turn Clothing. We are committed to delivering your items as securely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Delivery Estimates & Liability Disclaimer

To offer you the best selection and prices, our inventory is dispatched directly from our centralized fulfillment centers. Because of this, standard shipping normally takes between 2 to 3 weeks (10 to 15 business days) from end of drop.

Important Notice on Delays & Liability: We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active and scannable within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the email.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Heel Turn Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Lost Packages & Missing Items

If your tracking status shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it has been more than 25 business days and your package hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at heelturnclothing@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into the status with the carrier for you.
